Students (and staff) complete a simple questionnaire to self-report how they're feeling and build awareness in five key areas of wellness.
Based on their daily check-in, students are presented with short (2-minute or less) evidence-based lessons and activities that address in-the-moment wellness concerns.
Daily wellness lessons help students emotionally and physically regulate, which increases their availability and readiness for learning.
The emoji-based questionnaire is easy for everyone to complete in just seconds, and lessons automatically adapt for age, grade, and learning level.
